NH34 GMT Quick‑Start Guide

Setting Local Time

  • Pull crown to Position 3 (full extension)

  • Set the hour and minute hands

  • Push the crown back in

Setting the GMT Hand

  • Pull crown to Position 2 (one click)

  • Rotate the crown to move the GMT hand

  • Align it with the correct hour on the 24‑hour scale

  • Push the crown back in

Reading the GMT Time

  • Main hands = local tim3

  • GMT hand = second time zone (24‑hour format)

Using a Rotating Bezel (if equipped)

  • Rotate the bezel to offset hours

  • Read the GMT hand against the new bezel position

  • Useful for tracking a temporary third time zone

Tips

  • Set local time first, then the GMT hand

  • Confirm AM/PM when setting the main time

  • Screw down the crown (if applicable) before wearing
